i think blue & yellow might be one of my new favorite color combinations, which is funny because i only have about five yellow items in my wardrobe.  there's something about taking a little bit of a color risk and realizing how much you like the outcome though, and that's how i feel about yellow.  these heels were a mega clearance find at target a couple years ago, but i haven't worn them that often.  whenever forever 21 offers free shipping, i always pick up a couple belts or pieces of jewelry, and this belt was a recent addition (click the link above if you're interested, it's still available online).  i don't have any clothing from forever21, but i definitely swear by their accessories!
